在现代生产中,2000多万家乡镇企业异军突起,成为经济建设不可忽视的生力军,但由于劳动保护薄弱,环境受到严重污染,约有30％的企业和服务行业工作中存在着职业性有害因素。乡镇工业引起的环境污染更甚,职业危害已成为一种社会公害。乡镇工业的职业病防治无人抓、无人问,成为预防保健工作的“盲区”。如果这一问题不解决好,“2000年人人享有卫生保健”就很难落到实处,亟应引起我们各级政府及卫生行政部门、环保部门的重视。
In modern production, more than 20 million township and village enterprises have emerged as a new force that can not be ignored in their economic construction. However, due to the weak labor protection and the serious environmental pollution, about 30% of enterprises and service industries have occupational harmful factors in their work. Environmental pollution caused by township industries even worse, occupational hazards have become a public nuisance. Prevention and treatment of occupational diseases in township industries no one arrested, no one asked, a preventive health care work “blind spot.” If this problem is not solved well, “health for all” will be hard to come by in 2000 and the urgent need should be given to our governments at all levels and the health administrative departments and environmental protection departments.
