1.温度要适宜。一般耐寒性蔬菜为20℃左右,如:白菜、甘蓝、芹菜、菠菜等;喜温蔬菜以25~30℃为宜,如:黄瓜、番茄、茄子、辣椒等。在整个催芽过程中,要注意调节温度,催芽初期可偏低,以避免消耗更多的养分;种子开始萌动有个别出芽时,要提高温度,促使出芽迅速一致,出芽后逐渐降温防止幼芽徒长。
