以黄花蒿为材料,在瑞丽进行黄花蒿田间试验,研究了冬春抑期栽培黄花蒿主要物候期和生长发育情况、植株主要农艺性状、产量与青蒿素含量的变化。结果表明,黄花蒿冬春抑期栽培比正季栽培生育期偏短29 d;黄花蒿干品产量为1140 kg/hm2,青蒿素含量为0.607%,在瑞丽黄花蒿冬春抑期栽培具有一定的推广价值;冬春抑期于未进入雨季的5月中旬收获,很容易利用日晒干燥,且一年两季种植黄花蒿,可增加单位面积产量而减少原料贮藏时间。
With Artemisia annua L. as the material, field experiments were conducted in Ruili to study the main phenophase and growth and development of Artemisia annua in the winter, spring and fall periods.
