赣榆县乡镇企业近年来发展迅速,设备固定资产增值较快,据调查测算,乡镇企业设备固定资产已占全县设备固定资产的40％左右。但是,由于技术力量薄弱,管理落后,设备综合效率不高。 为了改变这种状况,该县最近举办了一期乡镇企业设备管理人员学习班,学习中央领导对设备管理工作的题词和国务院《设备管理条例》、江苏省“实施办法”,提高设备管理人员的管理水平和技术素质,为企业设备管理创优达标服务。
The township and village enterprises in Ganxian County have developed rapidly in recent years, and the fixed assets of equipment have increased rapidly.
