青少年学生的思想品德教育问题,在开放改革的年代,在领全国开放改革之先的大都市,是一个有待深入探讨研究的新课题。学校是培养学生良好思想素质的前沿阵地,每天面临的便是直接对学生施以影响的工作。近年来,广州市培正中学注重从科研理论的高度引导教师干部进行教育改革,教育教学上都出现了突破性的发展。今年5月,该校召开首届德育研讨会,20位教师干部向会议提交了自已的论文和总结报告。这些论文和报告有的已达到一定的水平,有的则具有较大的深化潜力。本刊在这期特辟专栏,选登部分论文或摘要,以供读者参考。 教育科研,已经走出专门的研究部门,在许多学校普及起来。本刊将以专门栏目,为在教育科研方面有一定成果和心得的学校提供阵地。在这个专栏里发表的文章,也许难免粗疏,但它体现了广大教师干部向教育理论层次的试步,它是开端,因此也是可喜的。
The problem of ideological and moral education for young students, in the era of open reform, and in the metropolis leading the nation’s open reforms, is a new subject that needs further study and research. Schools are at the forefront of cultivating students’ good ideological qualities. What they face every day is the work that directly affects students. In recent years, Peizheng Middle School in Guangzhou has paid great attention to guiding the reform of education among teachers and teachers, and has seen breakthroughs in education and teaching. In May this year, the school held its first seminar on moral education. Twenty teacher cadres submitted their own papers and summary reports to the conference. Some of these papers and reports have reached a certain level, while others have greater potential for deepening. In this special issue column, we selected some papers or abstracts for readers’ reference. Education and scientific research have gone out of specialized research departments and have become popular in many schools. The magazine will provide special positions for schools that have some achievements and achievements in educational research. The articles published in this column may be unavoidably ugly, but it embodies the cadre of teachers’ cadres at the theoretical level of education. It is the beginning and is therefore gratifying.
