高职院校作为国家高等素质教育体系的重要组成部分,其每年给社会输送了大量优秀人才。作为人才培养的重要基地,不断契合时代发展需要对教学计划及内容进行更新,将会使国内人才培养更加与时俱进。为此,在本文中作者结合自身多年从事该领域研究经验,在通过对大量文献的阅读与总结基础上,以国内高职机械专业教学为背景,针对创新人才的培养模式开展研究。 Vocational colleges, as an important part of the national higher education system, send a large number of outstanding talents to the society every year. As an important base for personnel training, constantly updating teaching plans and contents in line with the needs of the development of the times will make the cultivation of domestic talents even more advanced with the times. Therefore, in this paper, the author combines his own many years of research experience in this field, based on the reading and summarizing of a large number of literatures, with the domestic teaching of mechanical engineering in higher vocational colleges as the background, and studies the training mode of innovative talents.
