住房问题关乎国计民生,涉及广大人民群众的切身利益,当前房地产业以及住房问题已经引起社会的广泛关注,在高涨的房价与人民群众可承受能力之间的矛盾逐步加深时,小产权房的出现满足了人民的住房需求,但其存在着违法性和高风险等严重弊端,严重干扰了房地产秩序。本文以资本论的原理为理论基础,运用文献资料法和政策分析法对小产权房的概念及产生原因进行分析,理论联系实际,对当前的小产权房问题提出政策建议。
The housing issue relates to the national economy and the people’s livelihood and the vital interests of the broad masses of the people. The current real estate and housing issues have drawn wide public concern. When the contradiction between the soaring housing prices and the people’s affordability gradually deepens, the appearance of small property houses meets People’s housing needs, but there are serious shortcomings of the illegal and high-risk, seriously disturbing the real estate order. Based on the theory of capital theory, this paper analyzes the concept and the causes of the small property room by using the methods of literature and policy analysis and policy analysis, and puts forward the policy suggestions on the current small property room issue by combining the theory with practice.
