我们活检12万多例中,仅发现2例原发性甲状旁腺囊肿,现报告如下。 [例1] 男性,45岁。因颈部肿物两年入院。入院前无心悸、气短,无手脚出汁及肢体麻木史。近月来自觉颈部有压迫感。查体:颈前部偏左下方皮下可触及5cm×5cm×3cm大小肿物,囊性,随吞咽上下移动。实验检查:血钾、钠、钙、氯、磷均在正常值范围内。其它常规化验检查亦无异常。心电图:窦性心律,不正常心电图,多
