随着我国稳增长、调结构、促改革发展格局的不断推进,企业发展所面临的经营环境和形势也变得更加复杂和多样,发展面临的挑战和机遇越来越大。办公室工作作为企业对外的形象窗口和企业内部的协调部门,发挥着重要的上传下达、辅助决策的作用。对办公室实行规范、高效、精细化的管理是信息化条件下企业实现良好发展的重要要求。本文以精细化管理为契机,对办公室工作进行针对性的分析与思考,以期促进办公室工作的合理、高效。
With the steady growth of our country, adjustment of the structure and promotion of the reform and development pattern, the business environment and the situation facing the development of enterprises have also become more complicated and diverse, and the challenges and opportunities for development have become increasingly greater. Office work as a corporate image window of the external and internal coordination department, play an important role in uploading and assisting in decision-making. The implementation of standardized, efficient and meticulous management of the office is an important requirement for enterprises to achieve sound development under the condition of informationization. In this paper, the management of fine as an opportunity to conduct a targeted analysis of office work and thinking, in order to promote the office work is reasonable and efficient.
