钡盐的毒性与其溶解度有关。硝酸钡系制造绿色闪光烟火花炮的原料。中毒多系误食所致。我院于1988年12月收治一家庭花炮作坊7人,以硝酸钡为味精误食中毒,报告如下: 临床资料 男4例,女3例;年龄分别为67、60、52、50、25、20及2.5岁。7例均因误食中毒。主妇误将硝酸钡约4g当作味精加入900ml鹅血汤中作为早点,估计各例服用量自20～250ml不等,相当0.09～1.1g。服后约40min7人均感咽部烧灼,1～2h出现恶心,呕吐,腹痛,腹泻,乏力,头昏。6例有
