随着节能减排、低碳生产的不断加强,石油企业的成本管理与控制成为各油田面临的严峻问题,多年来,采油工程系统本着“控制新井能耗上升幅度,降低老井电能消耗”的原则,一直把机采节能作为重点工作来抓,努力遏制机采能耗上升的势头。而采油矿是直接影响成本高低的最重要环节,其中抽油机是大庆油田最普遍的机械采油方式,因而在抽油机方面作好节能工作是降低成本最直接有效的。截止到2015年9月底,全厂共开井746口,平均日产油2246吨。抽油机开井数占总开井数的96.8%,其产量占全厂总产量92%。因此抽油机井在我厂的原油生产中占有重要的地位,搞好抽油机井的测试诊断分析是一项重要的工作。

Therefore, saving energy in pumping units is the most direct and effective way to reduce costs. As of the end of September 2015, the whole plant opened a total of 746 wells, with an average daily oil production of 2246 tons. The number of open wells in the pumping unit accounts for 96.8% of the total open wells, and its output accounts for 92% of the total plant output. Therefore, the pumping well occupies an important position in the crude oil production of our plant. It is an important work to do well in the test diagnosis analysis of the pumping well.
