从黄河附近某污水处理厂活性污泥分离筛选到一株对铝土矿选矿尾矿具有高效絮凝作用的絮凝剂产生菌ZLYJY-5,初步鉴定其为Rahnella aquatica。ZLYJY-5菌株在最佳条件下发酵3天以灭活的发酵液作为絮凝剂应用于铝土矿选矿尾矿,沉降性能显著改善,沉降压缩比显著降低。本研究得到高效微生物絮凝剂产生菌株,能够在常温条件下产生高效生物絮凝剂,显著提高选矿尾矿的沉降速度,改善溢流的澄清液质量,具有进一步工业应用可能。
A flocculant-producing strain ZLYJY-5 with high efficiency flocculation effect on bauxite tailing was isolated and screened from activated sludge in a sewage treatment plant near the Yellow River, and initially identified as Rahnella aquatica. The strain ZLYJY-5 was fermented for three days under the optimal conditions. The inactivated fermentation broth was used as the flocculant in bauxite beneficiation tailings. The sedimentation performance was significantly improved and the sedimentation compression ratio was significantly reduced. In this study, strains of high efficient microbial flocculants were obtained, which can produce high efficient biological flocculant at room temperature, significantly improve the settling velocity of dressing tailings, and improve the quality of overflow clarified liquid, which has the potential for further industrial application.
