目的研究超声弹性成像技术对乳腺早期恶性肿瘤的诊断。方法针对本次研究内容,选取本院2015-05-2016-05收治的130例乳腺早期恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,采用回顾性分析的方式对患者的临床检测及诊断资料进行统计和分析,利用超声弹性成像诊断结果与病理诊断、常规超声诊断结果对比分析法,研究超声弹性成像技术对乳腺早期恶性肿瘤的诊断。结果常规超声诊断与病理诊断比较准确率为88.46%,超声弹性成像技术与病理诊断比较准确率为94.62%,其中超声弹性成像技术诊断准确率更高,与病理学比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),与常规超声诊断比较差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声弹性成像技术对乳腺早期恶性肿瘤能够准确的判断患者肿块的位置和状态,提高肿瘤的诊断准确率,更好的为临床治疗提供准确诊断数据,具有临床应用及推广价值。
Objective To study the diagnosis of early breast cancer by ultrasound elastography. Methods According to the contents of this study, 130 patients with early breast cancer who were admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the research objects. The clinical testing and diagnostic data of the patients were analyzed and analyzed retrospectively. Ultrasound elastography diagnostic results and pathological diagnosis, conventional ultrasonic diagnostic results contrast analysis, the study of ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of early breast cancer. Results The accuracy rate of conventional ultrasonic diagnosis was 88.46% compared with pathological diagnosis. The accuracy of ultrasonic elastography and pathological diagnosis was 94.62%. The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonic elastography was higher than that of pathological examination (P> 0.05), which was significantly different from routine ultrasound diagnosis (P <0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound elastography can accurately determine the location and status of the tumor in early breast cancer, improve the diagnostic accuracy of the tumor, and provide accurate diagnostic data for clinical treatment, which has clinical application and promotion value.
