目的:通过对我国职业足球运动员掷远距离界外球技术的肌电及motion三维图像解析,分析了运动员掷远距离界外球技术动作的生物力学及运动学特征。方法:运用美国产motion红外光点高速摄像系统进行三维图像采集,拍摄频率为200帧/s,对受试者界外球投掷技术进行运动学分析。结果:认为足球掷界外球是将整个身体作为运动链进行鞭打的动作形式,应尽可能动员身体更多的肌肉,有顺序性的“由下向上”进行挥摆,并在合理有效的角度范围内使球离手,方可掷出较远的高质量界外球。对界外球投掷技术的生物力学分析有助于提高足球比赛中界外球进攻战术的发挥,对实战训练提供理论依据。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the biomechanical and kinematic characteristics of athletes throwing long-range and out-of-bounds technique by analyzing the EMG and motion 3D images of Chinese professional football players throwing long-range throw-outs. Methods: Three-dimensional image acquisition was performed by using the American high-speed infrared imaging point system at a shooting frequency of 200 frames per second. The kinematic analysis of the ball throwing technique was performed. Results: It is believed that a soccer ball throws the ball into the body as a whipping action. As far as possible, it should mobilize more muscles in the body and have orderly swinging from bottom to top. Angle within the sphere to leave the ball before throwing the ball beyond the high-quality world. The biomechanical analysis of throwing throwing in outer ball helps to improve the offensive ball tactics in football matches and provides a theoretical basis for actual combat training.
