戴尔中国目前在微博上的营销还刚刚起步,目前主要的工作还是和用户进行销售和服务方面的沟通和执行,还没有上升到大量引导消费的阶段。在国外谈到微博营销,戴尔绝对属于最经典的案例之一,众所周知的一个数据就是,戴尔在国外通过Twitter营销获利接近700万美元。相比之下,戴尔在国内的微博上所做的工作还只是刚刚开始。
