探讨疾病危险因素暴露剂量的测量误差评价方式 ,以云南锡业公司所属锡矿井下作业环境有害物质监测资料为例 ,分别进行固定效应和混合效应的方差成分模型拟合 ,估计该资料的测量误差大小。固定效应的方差分析结果显示氡、氡子体和粉尘的测量信度均接近 1,混合效应模型也显示资料的测量质量较佳 (信度系数估计值均 >0 8)。提示固定效应模型和混合效应模型均可应用于测量质量的评价 ,应根据资料的特性选择正确的统计模型 ,以得到较为准确的测量误差估计值。
To explore the method to evaluate the measurement error of exposure dose of disease risk factors and take the monitoring data of hazardous chemicals in tin mine of Yunnan Tin Industry Co., Ltd. as an example, the variance component models of fixed effect and mixed effect were fitted respectively to estimate the measurement error of this data size. The ANOVA results show that the measurement reliability of radon, radon and dust are close to 1, and the mixed effect model also shows that the data quality is better (the reliability coefficient estimates are> 0.8). It is suggested that both the fixed effect model and the mixed effect model can be applied to the evaluation of the measurement quality. The correct statistical model should be selected according to the characteristics of the data so as to obtain a more accurate measurement error estimation value.
