学校的管理工作千头万绪,“人的管理”是学校管理之命脉,而人文管理相对于各种制度管理,它是一种软性管理。民办中小学校由于其教师无固定编制,教师的稳定性极差,所以,较之于公立学校,民办学校对教师实行人文管理更为重要。人文管理首先应该是建立在各项健全的规章制度之上的更高、更深层次的管理;要求学校管理者尊重教师,关心教师,促进教师的成长,为教师谋福利;在管理行为上由严管转为情治,变他管为自律,充分调动全体教职员工的管理热情,实行全员管理;人文管理还要求学校对教师作出客观公正的评价,学校领导要用多元发展的管理观来对待教师的个性发展;当然,领导者的人格魅力也是践行人文管理的重要因素,学校领导应成为教师的楷模。
