目的调查医院2015年妇产科用药电话咨询情况,分析总结工作中不足,为患者提供有针对性的药学咨询服务。方法对医院2015年1月1日~12月31日妇产科用药电话咨询情况进行整理、分析。结果妇科用药电话咨询记录中,咨询药物以栓剂、洗剂类药物和流产用药物为主,咨询内容以药品用法用量、药物不良反应、哺乳期及孕妇用药为主。结论电话药物咨询可为患者及时提供方便快捷的药学服务,能提高妇产科用药的安全性、依从性,提高患者治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the situation of obstetrics and gynecology telephone consultation in 2015, analyze and summarize the lack of work, and provide targeted pharmacy counseling services to patients. Methods The hospital from January 1, 2015 to December 31, Obstetrics and Gynecology telephone counseling to collate and analyze. Results Gynecological medication telephone consultation records, consulting drugs to suppositories, lotion drugs and abortion drugs, the content of the consultation to the amount of drug usage, adverse drug reactions, lactation and pregnant women drug-based. Conclusion Telephone counseling can provide timely and convenient medical services to patients, improve the safety of obstetrics and gynecology medication, and improve the therapeutic effect of patients.
