生促红素人肝细胞(erythropoietin-producing human hepatocelluar,Eph)属于受体酪氨酸激酶(receptor tyrosine kinases,RTKs)超家族中最大的一个亚族,EphA2是Eph受体之一,广泛表达在人类上皮来源的多种组织或细胞系中,对调节细胞生长、迁移及血管形成有潜在的作用。EphA2过表达可导致细胞的恶性转化,促进肿瘤的侵袭和转移。EphA2的过表达可以作为评估肿瘤的恶性程度及预测患者预后的指标,并有望成为肿瘤治疗的新靶点。
