以五水合硝酸铋和偏钒酸铵为原料,采用水热法合成具有可见光响应的钒酸铋(BiVO4)光催化剂。对合成的样品进行XRD、SEM、UV-vis等一系列的表征和可见光下光催化还原CO2。结果表明在pH值为7,195℃水热反应6 h可制得单斜相BiVO4。在一定浓度的NaOH溶液中,BiVO4成功地将CO2还原为甲烷。
The bismuth vanadate (BiVO4) photocatalyst with visible light response was synthesized by hydrothermal method using bismuth nitrate pentahydrate and ammonium metavanadate as raw materials. The synthesized samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, UV-vis and photocatalytic reduction of CO2 under visible light. The results show that the monoclinic BiVO4 can be obtained by hydrothermal reaction at pH 7 and 195 ℃ for 6 h. In a certain concentration of NaOH solution, BiVO4 successfully reduced CO2 to methane.
