102例结核性胸膜炎随机分为两组治疗，结果表明：L90型针治疗组治愈率（90．4％）高于对照组（66.0％）（P＜0．05），而胸膜肥厚和包裹住积液治疗组低于对照组（P＜0．05）。采用L90型针迅速抽水治疗，具有疗效好，并发胸膜肥厚和包裹性积波发生率低，操作简便和副作用小等优点。
102 cases of tuberculous pleurisy were randomly divided into two groups. The results showed that the cure rate of L90 needle-treated group (90.4%) was higher than that of the control group (66.0%) (P <0.05) Effusion treatment group was lower than the control group (P <0.05). The use of L90-type needle rapid pumped therapy, with good effect, complicated by pleural thickening and encapsulation of the low incidence of wave, easy to operate and the advantages of small side effects.
