初一上学期,我们的课堂主要采用分区教学的方式,即“分区自主学习+小组讨论”的方式。在课堂上同学们被分成几个小组,主要分为自主学习区、合作区和援助区。自主学习区是针对于学习能力比较强的同学,老师派发任务,由学生独立完成;合作区是学习能力中等的同学,通过小组合作的形式来完成老师的任务;援助区是针对于学习能力较弱的同学,老师进行单独指导。部分同学是根据自己的喜好来选择的,还有一部分是由老师根据学生的分数和学习情况、能力来分配的。
In the first semester of the first semester, our classroom mainly adopts the method of zoning teaching, that is, the method of “autonomous learning by district + group discussion”. In class, the students are divided into several groups, mainly divided into autonomous learning area, cooperative area and aid area. Autonomous learning area is targeted at students with relatively strong learning ability, the teacher assigned tasks independently by the students; cooperative area is a medium learning ability of students, through the form of group cooperation to complete the teacher’s task; aid area is for learning ability than Weak students, teachers, a separate guide. Some students choose according to their own preferences, and others are assigned by the teacher according to the students’ scores and learning conditions and abilities.
