药物经皮吸收是指药物通过皮肤结构及细胞外间质由外进入血流的过程。这一过程包括两个时相:(1)穿透相,即药物分子通过皮肤表面结构角质层及表皮,进入细胞外间质;(2)吸收相,此期药物分子通过皮肤微循环从细胞外液比较迅速地弥散入血液内。皮肤的吸收相类似于其他吸收过程,而穿透相则十分特殊。实际上,皮肤呈现一种表面的“速率限制屏障”作
