随着经济全球化进程的加快,市场需要的人才向程度较高的复合型人才转变。职业院校的人才输出必须做一个全面调整,重视英语教学的改革,为社会提供更多的复合型技术人才。这就要求英语课堂教学要改变传统的教学模式,从“以老师为主体”转变到“以学生为主体”的新教学模式,提高学生的英语综合素质。本文首先分析了影响职业院校英语教学改革中教师和学生角色转变的因素,之后提出一些解决的措施,以促进师生角色的转变,提高职业院校英语教学的质量。
As the process of economic globalization accelerates, the talents needed in the market will shift to higher-level composite talents. Talent output of vocational schools must make a comprehensive adjustment, emphasis on the reform of English teaching, to provide society with more complex technical personnel. This requires English classroom teaching to change the traditional teaching mode, from “teacher as the main body” to “student as the main body ” new teaching mode, to improve students’ overall quality of English. This paper first analyzes the factors that affect the role of teachers and students in the reform of English teaching in vocational colleges, and then puts forward some solutions to promote the transformation of teachers and students’ roles and improve the quality of English teaching in vocational colleges.
