Metalloporphyrin molecule recognition research is an important topic of today’s porphyrin biochemistry. Chiral metalloporphyrins as optically active molecules enantioselective recognition receptors and chiral NMR reagents [1] is particularly noticeable. Crossley et al [2] reported the stereoselective recognition of histidine methyl ester and lysine phenyl ester with chiral zinc bis-porphyrin with rigid Trogers base as spacer.
