本研究之重点在于:确定昏厥原因不明而且电生理测试未能明确诊断者在随访期间发生猝死或昏厥,即电生理测试伪阴性率的大小,以及能否从中检出高危者。方法 1984年7月至1987年7月间连续99例(男61,女38)昏厥原因不明而且电生理测试未能明确诊断者列入本研究,年龄56±19岁,昏厥发作3.2±5次。各例电生理测试结果或者完全正常或者无特异性。后者指:诱发多形性室(性心动过)速或(心)室颤
The focus of this study was to determine whether the cause of syncope is unknown and electrophysiological tests failed to confirm the diagnosis of sudden death or fainting during follow-up, that is, the magnitude of the false negative rate of electrophysiological tests, and whether high risk individuals can be detected. Methods From July 1984 to July 1987, 99 consecutive cases (male 61, female 38) of unconsciousness and unknown cause of electrophysiological test were included in this study. The age was 56 ± 19 years and the fainting episode was 3.2 ± 5 times . Each case electrophysiological test results either completely normal or non-specific. The latter refers to: induced pleomorphic ventricular (tachycardia) speed or (heart) ventricular fibrillation
