随着科技飞速发展,经济全球化、信息化进程日渐加快,事业单位人力资源管理已被提出全新的要求,绩效考核的重要性不断显现。在日常管理中,事业单位必须客观分析多方面因素,多层次优化完善绩效考核,科学考核和管理内部员工,达到“高效率、高质量”完成工作的目的。因此,本文从不同角度入手客观分析了事业单位人力资源管理中绩效考核的重要性与优化途径。
With the rapid development of science and technology, the process of economic globalization and informationization is getting faster and faster, the human resources management of public institutions has been put forward new requirements and the importance of performance appraisal has been constantly appearing. In day-to-day management, public institutions must objectively analyze various factors, optimize and improve performance appraisals at multiple levels, scientifically evaluate and manage internal staff, and achieve the goal of completing work with “high efficiency and high quality”. Therefore, from different angles, this article objectively analyzes the importance and optimization of performance appraisal in human resource management in public institutions.
