嘉绍跨江大桥桥位处潮强流急,冲刷严重,施工环境恶劣,主墩基础复杂,主墩基础均采用大型水上钻孔平台施工。通过对桥位处水文条件、施工要求以及平台功能的分析,确定了合理的平台设计参数和平台主要结构,并利用MIDAS Civil软件对平台可能经历的4种工况进行了建模分析。平台结构由辅助平台、钻孔平台和附属设施三部分组成,辅助平台由钢管桩支撑,钻孔平台利用桩基钢护筒承重,附属设施主要包括起重设备和钢护筒下放导向架,对强涌潮水域大型水上钻孔平台的设计思路和方法,可为其他类似环境的桥梁钻孔平台的设计和施工提供借鉴和参考。
The cross-bridge of Jia-Shao River is located at the tide of strong current and serious erosion. The construction environment is harsh. The foundation of the main pier is complex. The main pier foundation is constructed by large-scale water drilling platform. Based on the analysis of hydrological conditions, construction requirements and platform functions at the bridge site, the reasonable platform design parameters and the main structure of the platform are determined. The four conditions that the platform may experience are modeled and analyzed by MIDAS Civil software. The platform structure is composed of auxiliary platform, drilling platform and ancillary facilities. The auxiliary platform is supported by steel pipe piles. The drilling platform is supported by the pile-based steel protective tube. The auxiliary facilities mainly include the lifting equipment and the steel casing lower guide frame, The design ideas and methods for large-scale water drilling platform in strong gully waters can provide reference and reference for the design and construction of bridge drilling platforms in other similar environments.
