利用岛津ＣＳ─９３０型双波长薄层扫描法测定了菊花片中大黄素的含量，方法简单，灵敏，且重视性好，平均回收率为９８．０１６％，ＲＳＤ为０．０９９％。
The content of emodin in chrysanthemum tablets was determined by Shimadzu CS-930 dual-wavelength thin-layer scanning method. The method was simple, sensitive and good-value. The average recovery was 98.016% and the RSD was 0.099%.
