In the multi-level metrological verification network, the first-class standard offset micro-pressure gauge is the provincial metrology bureau as the first-class standard instrument for micro-pressure measurement. With the need of the modernization of science and technology, it is for more non-professional measurement units use. Due to the lack of experience and the necessary facilities, measurement errors often increase, resulting in human and material waste, and even lead to wrong conclusions, is a problem worthy of attention. Based on the author’s experience, this article observes some of the factors that increase the measurement error for reference. First-class standard compensation micro-pressure gauge in accordance with the relevant provisions of the National Bureau of Standards (JJG 158-75) requirements for verification, in order to ensure the correct use of the instrument. In addition, because it is different
