目的 探讨血管紧张素 1转换酶 (ACE)基因I/D多态性与心房颤动的相关性。方法 采用多聚酶链反应 (PCR)的方法对 183例北京地区汉族人进行I/D多态性检测 ,包括孤立性房颤 5 3例 ,高血压房颤 32例 ,高血压患者 38例 ,健康对照 5 0例。结果 孤立性房颤组、高血压房颤组、高血压组及健康对照组各组之间I/D多态基因型频率及基因频率差异无显著性 ,且该多态性的基因型及等位基因分布不受年龄及性别影响。结论 在该研究人群中没发现心房颤动与血管紧张素 1转换酶 (ACE)基因I/D多态的相关性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between angiotensin 1 converting enzyme (ACE) gene I / D polymorphism and atrial fibrillation. Methods The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method was used to detect I / D polymorphism in 183 Han Chinese in Beijing, including 53 cases of isolated atrial fibrillation, 32 cases of hypertensive atrial fibrillation, 38 cases of hypertensive patients, healthy controls 50 cases. Results There were no significant differences in the frequencies of genotypes and genotypes of I / D polymorphism among the groups of isolated atrial fibrillation, hypertension atrial fibrillation, hypertension and healthy controls, and the genotypes of the polymorphism Gene distribution is not affected by age and gender. Conclusion No correlation between atrial fibrillation and angiotensin 1 converting enzyme (ACE) gene I / D polymorphism was found in this study population.
