人机工程仿真技术是一种新的人才培养模式,它利用先进的人机交互、3D技术,来实现从生产制造和技能培训的可视化操作。通过各种技术手段将设备原理,操作方法和理论知识相融合,建立人机交互仿真操作系统,集成设备构造、设备元件、工艺参数、质量标准、优秀操作方法于一体。建立符合SCORM标准的人机工程仿真平台,将能够运行于所有平台之上,没有了对培训条件的限制。仿真交互的应用,也可以提高员工技能培养的效果。
