本文建立了溴化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵-溴麝香草酚蓝分光光度法水相直接测定阴离子表面活性剂的方法。SDBS在0~195μg/10ml,SDS在0~158μg/10ml,SLS在0~60μg/10ml范围内遵守比耳定律,其表观摩尔吸光系数分别为:3.99×10 ̄4L·mol ̄(-1)·cm ̄(-1)(SDBS);3.70×10 ̄4L·mol ̄(-1)·cm ̄(-1)(SDS);1.71×10 ̄4L·mol ̄(-1)·cm ̄(-1)(SLS)。用此法测定了河水和生活废水中的阴离子表面活性剂,相对标准偏差为0.57%~1.2%,回收率为95.5%~103%。
In this paper, a method for the direct determination of anionic surfactant in aqueous phase by dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium bromide-bromothymol blue spectrophotometry was established. The apparent molar absorptivities of SDBS at 0 ~ 195μg / 10ml, SDS at 0 ~ 158μg / 10ml and SLS at 0 ~ 60μg / 10ml ranged from 3.99 × 10-4L · mol ~ ( -1) · cm -1 (SDBS); 3.70 × 10 -4 L · mol -1 (-1) · cm -1 (SDS); 1.71 × 10 -4 L · mol -1 -1) · cm -1 (SLS). The anionic surfactants in river water and domestic wastewater were determined by this method. The relative standard deviations were 0.57% ~ 1.2% and the recoveries were 95.5% ~ 103%.
