提出了一种用F P腔半导体激光器 (F PLD)作调制器 ,由高双折射光纤环镜构成的梳状滤波器作波长选择器件的环形腔主动锁模光纤激光器。通过改变梳状滤波器透过峰之间的间隔可以实现激光波长的调谐。实验中成功地获得了调谐范围约为 10nm ,脉冲重复频率约 2GHz的锁模脉冲信号 ,脉冲宽度小于 70ps。
A ring mode active mode-locked fiber laser with a comb filter composed of a high-birefringence fiber ring mirror and a wavelength selection device is proposed. The F P-cavity semiconductor laser (F PLD) is used as a modulator. Tuning of the laser wavelength can be achieved by changing the interval through which the comb filter transmits the peaks. In the experiment, a mode-locked pulse signal with a tuning range of about 10 nm and a pulse repetition frequency of about 2 GHz was successfully obtained, with a pulse width of less than 70 ps.
