对河道开展生态化的治理是一项系统工作,需要从很多环节来模拟生物的生长环境,比如设计以及施工或者养护等等。通过这项工作为水生等各类生物提供繁衍、避难场地,而且,除了采取植被以及工程措施以外,还要通过放样动物以及微生物等,来有效地恢复生物多样化的特点,重新建立起体统生态链。该项工作是一项非常传统的工作,而且是一个很实用的工作。早在二十世纪中后期,国际上就已经开始关注水利工程以及河道的生态问题,而且还一度成为焦点。通过不断分析水利项目给河道生态带来的不利影响,在此基础上形成了河道生态理论以及生态水利观念。
The ecological management of river courses is a systematic effort that requires many aspects to simulate the biological growth environment, such as design and construction or conservation. Through this work, we provide breeding and evacuation sites for aquatic organisms and other species. In addition to taking vegetation and engineering measures, we also need to effectively restore the characteristics of biodiversity by setting out animals and microbes, and re-establish the ecological system chain. This work is a very traditional one and it is a very practical one. As early as the middle and late twentieth century, the international community has started to pay attention to the ecological problems of water conservancy projects as well as river courses, and has once again become the focus of attention. Through the continuous analysis of the adverse impacts of water projects on the river ecosystem, the theory of river ecology and the concept of ecological water conservancy have been formed.
