目的:从安息香药材中分离香脂酸类成分,并进行鉴定和初步的药效研究。方法:安息香药材采用95%乙醇提取,柱色谱方法结合制备型HPLC纯化,氢谱、碳谱及文献鉴定分离的化合物,对分离的化合物进行药效学研究。结果:从安息香药材中分离得到的成分鉴定为苯甲酸松柏酯;药效实验表明其与安息香药材有着相似功效,均能显著增加正常小鼠脑内依文思蓝含量及对D-氨基半乳糖敏化小鼠内毒素致死性攻击有一定的保护作用。结论:苯甲酸松柏酯为安息香中重要的总香脂酸酯类成分,与安息香生药药效有着显著相关性。
OBJECTIVE: To separate the constituents of the oleanolic acid from benzoin herbs, and to identify and preliminary study the pharmacodynamics. Methods: Benzoin was extracted with 95% ethanol, purified by column chromatography and preparative HPLC. The isolated compounds were identified by proton exchangers, 1H NMR spectra and literature. The pharmacodynamics of the isolated compounds were studied. Results: The constituents isolated from benzoin herbs were identified as coniferyl benzoate. The pharmacodynamics experiments showed that they had similar efficacy with benzoin herbs, and could significantly increase the content of Evans blue in normal mice brain and the content of D-galactosamine Endotoxic lethal challenge in mice has a protective effect. CONCLUSION: Coniferyl benzoate is an important component of total benzoate in benzoin, which has a significant correlation with the pharmacodynamics of benzoin.
