1 现行医院总值班制度的改革势在必行 大多数医院总值班是由机关各职能处室人员轮流担任,我院也是如此。随着社会对医疗市场的需求增加,对医院及医务人员提出了更高的要求,而医院之间相互竞争日益激烈。从医疗角度来说,现行医院总值班制度存在着许多的弊端,不能完全满足现代医学发展的要求,这些不足主要表现在:1.1 医疗工作协调不到位。由于医疗总值班是由机关职能处室人员担任,有的虽是医务人员但脱离临床工作较久,因此在重大医疗抢救中,指挥、组织显得力不从心,不能准确、迅速、果断地组织人力、物力进行抢救。1.2 医务人员对医院总值班不信任。认为医院总值班不是临床医师,不懂业务,在遇到重大抢救时,或在医疗上遇到困难时,往往请示
