利用实验室常用的标准样品(IAEA N-1和IAEA N-2,全氮含量为21.21%),建立了质谱接收信号与样品全氮含量的函数关系.通过硝酸钾、亚硝酸钠和尿素分析纯样品的分析,证实此函数适合不同形态氮样品全氮含量的计算.与凯氏蒸馏法的对比显示,对于植物和沉积物样品两种方法的测试结果不存在明显系统偏差,其数据可以相互比对.利用EA-MS分析全氮含量的方法,将有利于节约费用,尤其有利于珍贵的少量样品氮同位素与含量的同时测定.
Using the standard samples (IAEA N-1 and IAEA N-2, the total nitrogen content was 21.21%) in laboratory, the relationship between the received signal of MS and the total nitrogen content was established.Using potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite and urea The analysis of pure samples confirms that this function is suitable for the calculation of total nitrogen content of different forms of nitrogen samples.Comparison with Kjeldahl distillation shows that there is no obvious systematic deviation between the two methods for plant and sediment samples, The method of analyzing total nitrogen content by EA-MS will be helpful for cost saving, especially for the simultaneous determination of nitrogen isotopes and contents of precious small samples.
