机械化网箱养鱼是在网箱养鱼的基础上辅之以机械化自动投饵技术和增氧技术而形成的一种新技术,它具有高投入、高产出的特点,集约化、机械化程度均较高。英山县于1988年初引进该项技术,为全省八家试验点之一。方桥乡养鱼专业户方庭光主动承担试验工作。设备于1988年4月29日下水,试验水面0.25亩,投放网箱5只。当年产鲜鱼11575.5公斤,创产值59995元,纯收入达8745元(设备折旧率100%)。 机械化网箱养鱼之所以能发挥如此大的效益,主要有以下几个方面的优点: 1、投放密度大,成活率高 1988年投放鱼种2.5万尾,其中鲤鱼种1.7万尾,4只箱,平均尾重125克;罗非鱼种0.8万尾,1只箱,平均尾重17克。1989年又增大了鱼种投放量,共投放鱼种4.4万尾,其中鲤鱼种1.4万尾,3只箱;罗非鱼种3万尾,2只箱。平均成活率达75%以上。改变了过去一般养鱼方法放养密度小,成活率低的状况。
