目的运用超声测量并建立不同孕周胎儿脊髓腰膨大前后径的正常值范围,探讨脊髓腰膨大前后径与孕周的相关性。方法常规产前超声检查的2 046例孕20~38周孕妇中选取符合条件的进入样本库,对其胎儿进行脊髓腰膨大前后径的测量,按孕周分组,进行统计学分析。结果总共1 826例进行最后的统计分析,脊髓腰膨大前后径与孕周呈正相关,相关系数分别为r=0.974(P<0.001)。以孕周为自变量,脊髓腰膨大前后径为因变量,直线回归分析得出自变量与因变量之间存在直线关系,将所得方程进行简化,得出简易公式:脊髓腰膨大前后径=孕周×0.15-1(mm)。结论成功建立了孕20~38周胎儿脊髓腰膨大前后径的直线回归方程,有利于临床推广应用。
Objective To establish the normal range of anteroposterior diameter and anteroposterior diameter of fetal spinal cord lumbar enlargement at different gestational weeks by ultrasonic measurement and to explore the correlation between anteroposterior diameter and lumbar dorsal spinal cord length and gestational age. Methods Two hundred and forty-six pregnant women aged 20-38 weeks with routine prenatal ultrasound examination were selected into the sample pool. The anteroposterior diameter of the spinal cord lumbar enlargement was measured. The fetuses were grouped by gestational age for statistical analysis. Results A total of 1 826 cases were analyzed by the final statistical analysis. The anteroposterior diameter of spinal cord lumbar enlargement was positively correlated with gestational age. The correlation coefficients were r = 0.974 (P <0.001). With gestational age as independent variable and spinal cord lumbar enlargement anteroposterior diameter as dependent variable, linear regression analysis showed that there was a linear relationship between independent variables and dependent variables, and the simplified equation was obtained. The simple formula was: lumbosacral anteroposterior diameter = gestational age × 0.15-1 (mm). Conclusion The linear regression equation of anteroposterior diameter of fetal spinal cord lumbar enlargement in 20 ~ 38 weeks of gestation was successfully established, which is propitious to clinical application.
