员工的边缘化主要源于员工的价值观、人格特质、发展需求、业务能力、工作绩效等边缘化因素与企业文化、人力资源管理的矛盾与冲突。企业必须建立基于企业文化、人力资源管理及其融合的防治模型,通过价值观管理、教育培训、沟通参与、绩效管理、角色训练等策略预防和治理员工的边缘化。
The marginalization of staff is mainly due to the contradictions and conflicts between the marginal factors such as employee values, personality traits, development needs, business capabilities and job performance, and corporate culture and human resources management. Enterprises must establish a prevention and control model based on corporate culture, human resource management and their integration, and prevent and control the marginalization of employees through strategies such as values management, education and training, communication and participation, performance management and role training.
