针对社会文化艺术专业就业实际以及现有的校企合作人才培养模式,提出以校企合作为前提、以高素质应用型人才培养为目标,完善校企合作课程体系、探索校企合作的形式、师资队伍的培养和学生的职业道德教育,从而提升学生专业技能和各方面适应、竞争能力,能满足地方艺术行业发展的需要,实现学校、学生和企业的互赢。 In view of the actual employment of social culture and the arts as well as the existing training mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises, this paper proposes that the cooperation between universities and enterprises be the premise, the cultivation of high quality applied talents should be taken as the goal, the course system should be perfected, Teaching staff and students ’professional ethics education, so as to enhance students’ professional skills and various aspects of adaptability and competitiveness. It can meet the needs of the development of local art industry and achieve win-win between schools, students and enterprises.
