对唐钢FTSC工艺薄板坯的组织结构、化学成分偏析、枝晶间距、夹杂物以及热轧板带的力学性能进行了研究,结果表明:薄板坯凝固组织细密,一次枝晶和二次枝晶间距小;动态轻压下技术的应用明显减轻薄板坯的中心偏析和疏松,轧制后的板带质量满足要求。
The microstructure, chemical composition segregation, dendrite spacing, inclusions and the mechanical properties of hot-rolled strip in the FTSC process for thin slab of Tangshan Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. were studied. The results show that the solidified microstructure of the thin slab is fine and the primary and secondary dendrites The spacing is small; the application of the technology under dynamic soft reduction obviously reduces the central segregation and looseness of the thin slab, and the quality of the rolled strip meets the requirements.
