为使C80混凝土实现工程应用,混凝土配制强度须大于94.5MPa。通过高效混凝土外加剂与胶凝材料相容性研究,发现两者间最佳相容性可通过复合矿物掺料的掺量来调整。试验结果说明,采用调整高效外加剂用量、自由设定减水率的方法,并利用复合矿物掺料的叠加效应实现低水胶比混凝土高流态化的技术途径是可行的。
In order to achieve the engineering application of C80 concrete, the concrete preparation strength must be greater than 94.5 MPa. Through the study of the compatibility of high-performance concrete admixtures and cementitious materials, it was found that the best compatibility between the two can be adjusted by the amount of compound mineral admixtures. The experimental results show that it is feasible to adopt a method of adjusting the amount of highly effective admixtures and freely setting the water reduction rate, and using the additive effect of compound mineral admixtures to achieve a high fluidity of low water-to-rubber ratio concrete.
