介绍预维修诊断系统研究现状,得出国内外预维修诊断系统开发的前提和两项关键技术——数据处理过程和诊断故障所在位置算法的选择;然后分别对这两项技术进行探讨,得到数据处理的方法与步骤,诊断故障位置算法的特性与发展趋势,结果表明,多种算法结合的准确率较高,并给出预维修诊断系统的开发实例以说明其关键技术的应用过程。
This paper introduces the research status of pre-service diagnosis system, and draws the preconditions and two key technologies of pre-service diagnosis system development at home and abroad - the choice of data processing process and the location algorithm for diagnosing the fault; and then discusses these two technologies respectively to get the data processing The results show that the combination accuracy of many algorithms is high, and the development of pre-repair diagnosis system is given to illustrate the application of key technologies.
