以K3V63DT-1QOR-HNOV液压泵为例介绍K3V系列液压泵的结构及控制变量原理,该液压泵由主泵、先导泵、泵调节器和转矩控制电磁阀组成,可实现总功率控制、负流量控制和功率转换控制的功能。总功率控制可实现执行机构的轻载高速、重载低速动作,既能保证液压泵充分利用发动机功率又能防止发动机过载;负流量控制可最大限度地减小溢流功率损失和系统发热;利用功率转换控制功能,在实际工作中可根据负载情况改变输入电流大小,调整液压泵的输出功率,提高工作效率,节省发动机功率。
