目的测定微钛板系统中微钛钉的最大拉力值,探讨微钛钉的固位力可否满足全口覆盖义齿的临床使用要求。方法本研究于2013年3月在大连市口腔医院和大连理工大学完成。将微钛板系统中的微钛钉拧入经修整后的新鲜猪下颌骨内,使用电子万能实验机测量微钛钉的最大抗拉力值。结果微钛钉最高抗拉力值为564.25 N,最低抗拉力值为441.08 N,平均抗拉力值为(513.15±44.92)N。结论微钛板系统的最大抗拉力值远远高于全口义齿在咀嚼食物时的最大咬合力及磁性附着体的固位力,其应用于全口覆盖义齿中是可行的。
Objective To determine the maximal pulling value of micro-titanium nail in micro-titanium plate system and discuss whether the retention of micro-titanium nail can meet the clinical requirements of full-mouth overdenture. Methods The study was completed in March 2013 in Dalian Dental Hospital and Dalian University of Technology. Titanium micro-titanium nail system screwed into the trimmed fresh pig mandible, the use of electronic universal testing machine micro-titanium nail maximum tensile strength value. Results The highest tensile strength of micro-titanium nail was 564.25 N, the lowest tensile strength was 441.08 N and the average tensile strength was (513.15 ± 44.92) N. Conclusion The maximum tensile strength of the micro-titanium plate system is much higher than that of the maxillary occlusion force and the retentive force of the magnetic attachment when the denture is chewed. It is feasible to apply it to the complete denture.
