随着城市的发展,城市建设用地的迅速扩张,人们对城市景观要求的提高,使得城市内湖等水体不再承担调蓄功能,而旧城合流区人口密度大,排水管网老化,管网改造难度大,往往成为渍水重灾区。以武汉市黄孝河排水系统为例,针对黄孝河系统存在的渍水问题,分析了渍水原因,从全蓄、全排以及排蓄结合的角度提出比选方案,最终确定了基于排蓄结合、近中远期相衔接的优化改造方案。
