人力资源作为博物馆发挥公共文化服务功能的重要载体,具有重要的主体性和能动性。本文根据自己的工作经验,探讨博物馆目前在人力管理方面存在的一些问题,希望这些问题的能够引起相关人员的思考,能够更好地进行人力资源方面的管理,为企业的繁荣发展做出贡献。
As an important carrier of the museum’s function of public cultural service, human resources have important subjectivity and initiative. Based on my own work experience, this article discusses some problems existing in human resources management in the museum. I hope these questions can arouse the thinking of relevant personnel, better manage the human resources and contribute to the prosperity and development of the enterprise.
