力量是体育运动中最重要的素质,加强短跑力量训练,是提高短跑运动水平的关键,其中爆发力训练更是力量的核心。因此,在短跑力量训练中,全面和高强度训练是提高对所有参与工作的肌肉力量的重要手段。文章采用文献资料的研究方法,对短跑运动员的力量训练方法的科学依据及力量训练特征、速度与力量的关系、最大力量、快速力量、爆发力、力量耐力等短跑专项力量进行研究,希望有助短跑运动水平的提高。
